Video Uploading Information

re you having difficulty uploading a video? Please view our Uploading a Video page for more information in regards to the uploading process.

Uploading a Video

It is strongly recommended that you upload your video directly from a computer. If you record your video with an external device (such as a video camera or cell phone), you will need to import the footage to the computer. Please follow the steps below to ensure your video uploads successfully.

  1. Log into your account on Acclaim.
  2. From the Contents & Assignments on the Home page, select the video assignment you would like to upload. Assignments can also be accessed from My Gradebook from the navigation bar
  3. Under the Upload Video Submission section, you may enter a Title and Notes about your videoSubmit immediately on upload (default): Video will be submitted after pressing Upload.
Review video before submit: Have a chance to view your video before submitting it.
Upload Video File (default): Select a pre-recorded video file from your computer to upload.
  4. Make sure you remain on the page until the video reaches the Processing stage. If you leave the page before then, it’s highly likely that the video will not upload successfully.

How long it takes for your video to upload will depend on your video’s file size and your internet connection’s upload speed. Colleges and universities will have fast internet upload speeds, and we highly recommend that you take advantage of this resource at your school.

If you need your video upload attempt reset, please contact your instructor or Support.
View our illustrated guide for uploading videos.
